try busying the board - busy board 01axx then resest the board - reset board 01axx. Then release the board 01axx. If this still fails test the boards - test board 01axx long note the tests that fail (if any) and then RTFM (read the F manual). Try placing the boards into another slot in the carrier.

What kind of equipment is connected to the ports? If they are not Avaya analog sets and the test field on the station page is set to Y you will receive errors. So if the analog ports are modems and fax's set the test=N. To clear the errors type test po 01a1006 sh cl. The error will clear and not return.

Hope this helps

1a2 to ip I seen it all

I've seen this happen when boards are replaced with similar but not identical boards. (Say a 16 port analog card is replaced by a 24 port card...)

Check the board inventory with the command:

change circuit-packs x (where x is the cabinet where the boards reside)

Check the spot where the boards are and make sure you have the same pack with the same suffix revision. If the pack is the same but the suffix is off, you might be able to alter the suffix here to match the one printed on the board, and bring the board into service.

If the board is completely different, you just need to busy out the board, x-port the stations, remove and reseat the pack. It should come back into service and allow you to re-assign all the ports to the x-ported stations from there.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
