Two active Modems One PC - possible?

I do high volume uploading/downloding. My ISP at the moment is 34mpbs but limited to 60gb per month then cahrged at a high additional usage rate.

I would like use a secondary ISP for the uploading/downloading workload. I would connect ASDL to the spare ethernet connection via a new ISP. The cost would actually eaqual a saving with unlimited data transfer.

I will need to diret 2 or 3 select programs to this ADSL port. All my normal internet programs can comunicate to the cable port (same as now)

Is this possible and can you advise how to do this?
