When attempting to send from our old domain to the new domain to one account users get this message

A configuration error in the recipient's e-mail system prevented
delivery of this message. Two recipients are configured with the same
e-mail address. Contact your administrator."

I have checked the exchange\ad accounts and dont see any dups
Very strange it only seems to be to one user.

What else can I look at

If two wrongs don't make a right then how can two wrights make and airplane fly ?

Use the LDIFDE tool to get a list of all the SMTP addresses on your server:

ldifde -f C:\DATA.ldf -s SERVERNAME -d “dc=DOMAINNAME,dc=TLD” -p subtree -r “(objectClass=user)” -l “cn,proxyaddress

If your domain name was 'shazbot.com' and your server's name was Voltron, the command would look like this:

ldifde -f C:\DATA.ldf -s VOLTRON -d “dc=SHAZBOT,dc=COM” -p subtree -r “(objectClass=user)” -l “cn,proxyaddress

The output file will be DATA.ldf in the C:\ root.

Once you've got the list, you can examine it more carefully, looking at every object. Remember that public folders and distribution groups can also have addresses.
