I have mobilty license installed it says it's valid, but when I look at the system status license type it doesn't show the license being valid. When I look under license key it says it's valid. When I look at system status alarms it says im trying to use a feature that is not licensed. Not sure how to correct this problem. I tried to re-enter license key again...but that doesn't work.

What version are you on? 5.0.x or 6.0.x ?
What is the artikel number of the mobility license?

You have bought a R6 mobility license on a R5 IPO.
I thought so and that is why i asked.

This will not work.
You need to upgrade the ippo to 6.0.8 (you need a license) or buy a new license.
Did you orde rit yourself or did your business partner ordered the wrong one?
