IPO 11.1 - I just converted a customer from analog to SIP trunks and everything is working fine in and out. The only nagging problem I can't solve is that Twinning on a User only works on incoming DID calls and does not work if the User is dialed internally from another User. I think it's a setting in the SIP Line - SIP URI tab, but can't figure out what.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Nortel4Ever - I just tested this and I have it working fine. What options do you have selected in SIP URI?
What does sysmon show when replicating?

Thanks, Tim

I have seen this a few times, and in my case it had to with the calling party number being sent from the IPO to the carrier. The incoming DID calls were sending proper CPN out when they twinned, but the system was trying to send the extension number as CPN when an internal call tried to twin to the user. The carriers often reject this as it's not valid CPN. There are a few tickboxes in the IPO config that affect this, but their use depends on other configuration being present.

Set the Forwarding/Twinning on the SIP URI to Caller on all fields.

Thanks for everyone's help, I'm on my way to the customer's site and I'll let you know the outcome.

Your welcome, thanks for the update, glad it corrected the issue for you.
