Twinning a phantom extension to a cell phone using a time profile

I have a newly installed IPO 9.1.4 with voicemail pro and SIP trucks. My customer has a night staff of drivers that I am trying to forward calls out to using twinning and I want to use a twinning profile to control when they take calls. The issue that I am having with the time profile is if I create a profile and I set to the start time to 8am and end at 5pm Monday to Friday and assign it to a phantom extn, you get a busy signal when the extn number is dialed. If you keep it at the default settings (24 hours) it works fine. I then assigned it to a desk phone with the 8-5pm profile, it works fine. I did manage to get the time profile to work, but for only a short time. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?

Well to make a 4 hour story short.....I found that it was how I made the phantom user profiles. I made 4 profiles per user, because they had to be in 4 different hunt group doing 4 different things, I made them a (none) instead of a H.323, and I copied and pasted them. The system didn't recognize them so nothing worked. I went to extensions and made them all H.323 and then tested all of my time profiles against different phantom extns and they all are now working. I also found that I needed to make 2 recurring time profiles if it spanned from one day to the other ie. 7pm to 3am. start time 7pm to 11:59 then 12:00am to 3am.
