Hello all,

With calls twinned to a cell and “Mobile Call Control” enabled, can the users transfer calls to other extensions that are twinned as well? If so, how would this be done?

ACSS

dial ** to get system dialtone, Dial the extension and hang up.

kwing112000 is correct, after you dial ** to get system dialtone you can also dial 9 and an external number.
*52 will clear a call. It may be necessary to clear a connected call, for example after attempting a transfer and hearing voicemail or ringing. To do this dial ** for dial tone and then *52.
## will return to dial tone after getting busy, number unobtainable or short code confirmation tones from the IP Office.
