Twin cpu working or not

Hello guys,

I have twin CPU ultra 60 system and I want to verify that
both CPU are working and sharing load.
1=I checked the status of cpu through psrinfo -v command and found both cpu was on-line.
2=When I checked the status of cpu through top command I observed that only cpu/0 is engaged and cpu/2 was Idle that time but my load was very high and all the process was running on cpu/0 System.

mpstat should show the load on easch CPU and how it varies. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
