Tweening onion skinned box

I'm tweening an onion skinned box to move from one part of the screen to the other. Beneath it is a photo that should show through. When I test the movie, the entire stage comes out white (no photo underneath) and the onion skinned box is opaque.

Would anyone know why this would be happening? Any help is greatly appreciated... Thanks.
