TVS75 Question

Hello,
I have a new customer who has this voice mail system and i wanted to know how one goes about finding out what the password is on a the System and Message Manager mailboxes. I have never worked on a Panasonic, so i dont know if there is a default password, or if there is a way to reset it back to default. Mailbox numbers are 998 and 999. I would appreciate any help. Old vendor was not to helpful, cant say i blame him.

If you do not know these passwords, you can reset them by using a computer and either a program called voicemail master by Pmc software (costs, but well worth having if you are servicing this voicemail as it makes this job a lot easier) or alternatively using hyperterminal in VT100 mode. Using hyperterminal, once communication has ben established, just follow the menu's until you get to mailbox settings and you can reset the passwords.
