TVS50 VMS Question

Can anyone tell me how to remove the system prompts (Good afternoon, you have reached the voice processing system) from the beggining of my greetings? I am using custom prompts as greetings and everything seems to operate correctly except for these prompts in front of my day and night greetings. Thanks in advance.

819 is "welcome to the voice processing system.
248 is "good afternoon."
249 is good evening."
250 is "good morning."
Log into mailbox 998 and you can turn the prompt off or record your own prompt in it's place.
