I went out to an existing TVS50 location that wanted me to update their holiday schedule for the upcomming year. I used TVS Assistant version 1.2 to access the voicemail. I went to holiday schedule and noticed their existing schedule. I changed the dates and applied it. It gave me an error half way through applying it. I tried to delete their existing dates and re-entering them in and it gave me an error again. Now they dont have any dates in their schedule. I cannot get in through the phone because no one knows the password. I did add a mailbox and did apply it, and it worked fine. Do I have a bad TVS50? Is there something wrong with my software?
