How do you adjust the number of rings for when the voice mail will pick-up. It picks up at about 6 rings and I would like it to pick up busy/no answer calls after 3 rings. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I believe there are two timers that cover the CALL FORWARD - Ring No Answer feature. Program 202 which is a global timer, and program 619 which individually sets a station's Ring No Answer time and overrides the setting of program 202 on a station basis. For additional info check the Panasonic Programming Guide. You will need to check the current settings in your system and then make whatever adjustments are necessary.
