Need help with the TVS100. I have a customer with the KXTD 1232 and the TVS100. I've set the system up to play the Company greeting then Custom service greeting 1. Only when you call the system from the outside it will play the new greeting, then a previously recorded greeting and then the custom greeting. Also can't deleted the custom service greeting. Went through the manual, I believe I followed all the steps, but the greeting still remains. Listening to the greetings through the setup 998, they new greetings are there. Can't find the previously recorded ones. HELP...HELP!!!
 
1.the tvs 100 cant play 2 greetings in a row the only way to do this is to use a costom greeting as a second greeting with a no answer responce

so the old greeting has to be custom 1-100 but is useualy in the first 10 the best way to chk is with the software do you have this ...
 
HYPER TERM INTO THE TVS AND CHECK YOUR PORT SERVICE AND VERIFY YOUR NUMBERS
 
Check that the second message isn't a mailbox greeting. If the no DTMF action of a custom service message transfers that call to a mailbox, then it won't just record a message and dump it in the desired box, it'll actually transfer that call to the mailbox and play its greeting...which can be a pain.
