TVP50 and NS700 , Only one extension fails in voicemail notification

Hi guys.
We have TVP50 and NS700. one of the extension is getting a voicemail but phone notification light never shows or go on for notification. what settings we have to check for that. any suggestions? (note - can't login to TVP50 via laptop or computer only accessed over phone thru system manager or message manager)

it is more than likely message notification is disabled in mailbox. you will have to go through mailbox settings in manager
