Hi guys,
One of our clients have bought an old second hand system with a D816 and TVP100, the setup they want is very simple but im having issues with setting up the old TVP100.
All I need is when the main phone lines are not answered, the VPS takes over with voicemail only so the customer can leave a message. Have already setup intercept routing to the VPS via Ext 165 and it works after the correct amount of rings.
What I am having an issue with is setting up the VPS to just act as a basic voicemail, say a company greeting apologising for not answering and asking to leave a message so they can call back. I simply cannot get rid of the auto attend and when I try change company greeting through the message managers mailbox, just tells me sorry this function is not available.
I'm really banging my head with this as it sounds so simple and I bet there is a simple solution, any help from the gurus would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure this will be easy to answer.
Oh and for night mode, just need the system to go straight to company greeting to leave a message.
Cheers
Gaz
