tvm50 delete recorded message

hi all
just setup the tvm to sent recorded calls to e-mail.
the tvm is set to delete message after sent.
work fine, but sent message are deleted only at 24:00.

is it possible manually delete recorded calls from maintenance console to prevent full memory?
and is possible manually delete recorded calls if fail e-mail sent?

the only solution found is to use communication assitant to access voice mail and manage recorded calls,such as save to pc, delete, manually sent by e-mail
