TVM200 ICD Group Mailbox

Afternoon Gents,

I have an issue with a KXTDA200 and TVM200 and Group Voicemail

I have an auto attendant system with 6 options forwarding to various ICD Group eg

6605
6611

Im trying to re-record the greeting for the group mailbox by logging into VPS system with 500#6*6605#

I gain access to the mailbox, however the greeting that is played when the mailbox answers is not the Busy/No Answer/After hours greeting, none of these are recorded. Where else could that OGM be recorded?
 
Do you have the group no answer timer set to over 20 seconds
Is the voicemail set to fx or fxd in extension transfer settings
The call could be going to general mailbox 998
