I have a customer with a TDE 200 and TVM Voicemail system. Tey have regular pots line DIL to a custom service menu on th eTVM, from there callers can dial any extension they are after, Last week they started having issues with people calling in and dialling a busy extension number, you get the "please wait" and then there is silence and the call will terminate after about 10 seconds, the caller does not hear the busy greeting. Internal calls work fine for Busy and no answer, calls comming in thru the custom service greeting get the no answer greeting ok but not the busy greeting when the phone is in use.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
