I have been made aware of a problem on our own in-house TVM50, When we night service the system, calls are routed to a custom service menu, when we enter say 803 for a call, the system says invalid entry, I can dial in and key in 601 for an ICD group and that routes properly. The CS menu is set to allow transfer to an ETN at any time.
I have done a live system trace and I seem to get :-
