TVM 50

I have the TVM 50 installed all works except I can't get to answer incoming CO calls. It works fine ext to ext it just rings on incoming CO calls. I have read the manual and I can't figure it out. Its a TVM 50 with a KX-TD 816 any help would be appreciated.

the co lines have to be dil 1:1 to vm number 265/165 of if you have ISDN ddi has to be pointed to it.
the vm ports have to be set to AA/ custom service no..

You need to do intercept routing in TD816 programming.

1. Program 409 and 410, intercept to 165
2. program 202/ 203, can't remember exactly what it is, for the intercept timer.
3. Night mode, program 408 DIL1:1 to 165, if you want AA to answer calls right away after hours.
