TVA50 Voicemail

Has anyone used the Voicemail to Email feature of the TVA line of Voicemails? I have it working ok except I can't get it to delete the msg from the phone after delivering it to email. I upgraded the TVA to the latest version and have checked Delete messages after sending in the TVA. What am I missing?
 
It's pretty well hidden and that's a good thing. Do you really want to delete the message? If the transmission fails for ANY reason, the message is gone forever.

I present this as a backup to my customer...the system will email it to a mailbox and you can keep it for archive, but the original message stays in your mailbox.

Anyway, if you are brave enough, it's in each individual mailbox's Notification Schedule. There's a check box called Delete After Send.

I don't find that option in Notification Schedule but I did in Email Schedule and I have that one checked.
 
I have done many e-mail integrations with the TVA product and have never gotten the delete message to work. Spoken with tech support about it and they were no help. You will have to wait for Panasonic to fix it until it works.
 
Thank you. I figured as much even though the upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 said it fixed this issue it did not work for me.
