Good morning.
Is there anyway to turn the system prompt off? When the call is transferred to the extension, when no one answers the system picks up and says "sorry, no one is available. Press 1 to leave a message, etc." I dont want this recording. I want the extension to ring, and if no one answers i want it to go straight to their personal greeting.
Also when i first set this up there was an option for dial by name directory. Somehow i turned it off and cant find out how to turn it back on. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
I am using the TA824 PBX connected to TVA50 VPS
