TVA50 LAN Integration

I have a TVA 50 system hooked up to a TDA100 with a LAN card installed in the TVA.
I have it all configured and it works great as far as email integration and remote access through the LAN.
The only problem is it locked up on me when I was programming it and I disconnected but when I went to reconnect it is telling me someone is already connected.
Will it time out at some point or will I have to have someone local restart the VM system?
