Hi all,
I've got a TVA-50 box that has reported it's full. This is odd, because all voicemail is forwarded via e-mail and deleted. And when I double checked, all boxes were empty according to the prompts when access voice mail from each desk. When I go into the mailbox usage report in the admin maintenance tool, I see messages in just about every mailbox. They are not consistent and some seem quite old. So it seems the system is keeping random messages for some reason. Our e-mail system is running perfectly fine. Why is it not deleting messages, why aren't they reported during individual mailbox access, and most importantly how do I delete them? Finally, why did this happen and how do I keep it from happening in the future?
Any help on this would be fantastic.
