TVA-50 Auto Attendant

I have a TVA-50 and the auto attendant works great. But if the station does not answer I would like it to go back to the menu / Auto att that it came from. All it does now is say sorry no one is available to answer the call to leave a message press 1 operator press 0 enter another extension press *


How can i tell it to play the day menu again ?

Try deleting the mailbox, that should send the call back to auto attendant if not answered. Make sure to still intercept/forward the station to the voicemail.

If you need to keep the mailbox, set the incomplete handling for no answer to your custom service menu in class of service.
