I am getting complaints about the VM to email has stopped working. I reboot the TVS, and it starts working again.
The other complaint is that they get the emails days later, or miss the message altogether because they are relying to check them via email vs. on the phone.
I do see the message status reports and the email delivery report on the TVS, and it clearly shows gaps, or inconsistencies in between messages in both reports. Looks like the s/w version is 2.18
Today, I saw this in the trace:
Email Client Error Code Prgm0 over an dover again.
