TVA-200 default IP address?

I bought a refurbished TVA-200 and can't seem to connect to it via IP. I reset it via the 4 toggle switches, connected it to a switch....and yet the switch isn't even seeing a MAC address from the TVA-200. There are lights but the cisco switch seems to have no idea the TVA-200 is connected.

What am I doing wrong? I can't use USB to program it because I'm on Windows 10. It should be getting an IP address via the DHCP server, but the fact that I don't even see a MAC means something else is wrong.

By default, the KX-TVA200 is not checked to obtain IP address automatically.
To obtain IP address from DHCP, you have to check the option " Obtain IP address automatically"

Since you can not login, i think the default IP is 192.168.1.11, you can set your PC in the same address range e.g 192.168.1.199 and directly connect to it to login. Default password should be 1234
