Tv tuner Cards Driver Problem

i have the flyvideo 2000 which is relatively new, i think, so i can only operate it with LIFEVIEW drivers which are wdm, so all the programs that dont use wdm like virtualdub or descaler or many tv programs dont work,
they give an error "can't find capture driver"
or "card in use, turn off dvd ...."

i cant seem to install generic drivers, lifeview didnt answer my email, and i saw other ppl with same problem, any1?
