TV output card suggestion wanted

I have a p4 1.8GHz, GA-81DX gigabyte mobo, ASUS MX420 video, and running Xp. I just gave up trying to get a ATI AIW Radeon 8500DV to work. I would like a TV card but with my ATI experience, I don't think I am ready to try any ATI product. Are there other TV and video products out there. I saw something on WinTV but have never seen them in a store. Any recommendations for something that works, not an ATI unfilled promise.

Win TV makes several dedicated tuners. Some with radio reception. You can watch TV on you computer. I have watched one enough to tell you its better than you would think but the picture is still not perfect. I have thought of purchasing one for myself. Also, you can find these things EVERYWHERE. You must be looking in the wrong places.

I'm not sure of the Video outs from them though so I couldn't tell you if they offer that too. I suspect they do. You could go to there website and see the different models.
