TV Out - What other hardward is required

Tv out is just that! an output to your computer, so that you can connect to a television etc and play say a DVD.
What you need is VIVO conections on your display card
(stands for video in, video out) that way you can INPUT as well as output signals. What you have will not do the job you want it to do, sorry. Martin
