tv card setting on RedHat 7.1

I dont understand your question (perhaps that's why you're not getting any other replys?).
Have you used Xawtv and setup your video correctly? If you're in the US, it's NTSC (never the same color ;-). In the UK, it's PAL. Then tell it to change Video Source to Tuner.
It should work (if you have a tv viewer app like xawtv). Please let Tek-Tips members know if their posts were helpful.
