TV Capture card

I've got a TV capture card, it has a Phillips SAA7130 Chipset in it, I can't seem to find the drivers or the software for it. It doesn't have an FM input on it. Anyone have any suggestions?

There are only a few chipsets for tv capture cards. You should be able to google the drivers you need.
Any idea of the brand name?
