Tuxedo box not authenticating users.

We have tuxedo server which we are using with Clarify software. We are using 2 boxes with master/slave configurateion.
Recently, one of our box is not authenticating users at all. Following is the only message that appears in the ULOG.

004610.snmidetr95!WSH.527: WSNAT_CAT:1287: WARN: Forced shutdown of client; user name xxxx; client name 'clarify'; workstation address '//xxx.xxx.x.xx:XXX'

We rebooted boxes, tried to recompile tuxconfig, recreated the password but no improvement.
Now we also have bbl failing to communicate between 2 boxes.

Does anyone have any idea about what can be the cause?
