Tutorials on pop out menu

Hey

Can someone point me in the right direction for tutorials/advice on placing some pull down menus onto my site. I want the user to move the mouse over a button marked "Services" and then for that to expand like a menu would to display all the choices available.

User then clicks on a selection and that page loads.... etc
