I have a very fast DSL connection at home, and a fast DSL connection at the office. Once I connect to the office my longon script goes off, and when i try to open up event viewer of anything else for that matter, it takes litterally 5 minutes to open. I also receive RDR errors in my event log...event id 3012 an unexpected network error occurred on the virtual circuit to Remote computer(MY HOME COMPUTER). I have a firewall at work running NAT with a port mapping passing me to my RAS server, and I am wondering if that has anything to do with this. I can ping by ip Address and by name, so I dont think its name resolution. There is no way that a DSL vpn is this slow. Does anyone have any ideas.

The remote client are Windows 98 machines. I dont get an error message except in the NT event log. Why is connection so slow?
