Hi

Repost in the right forum this time!

I have just set up an ACD with CM5 and using CMS R16. We are currently using AVAYA IP9620 handsets which are not that user friendly on the ACD environment e.g. Having to scroll pages for ACW and Auto-IN to name a few. What options do I have for an actual IP turret? I know there is the 4622SW which fits the bill but would like to know what other options there are? I want something ideally that does not have a handset, like the 4622SW.

Does anyone know what may be compatible?

I have thought of One-X, the only thing is that we have wireless headsets and cant plug them into a computer as they are not USB

Thats not an issue if the headsets are operated by the phone the users can still use the ip console to operate features etc.
