Turret / Handset 1

Me again,

So what is everyone's preference when it comes to a call centre turret? I am primarily looking for a base that can support Gig in and out but am coming up with blanks. I want a turret that is clearly a call centre turret (i.e. no handset available to the agent). The place I am looking at is currently on an Aspect system using TeleSets. The only one I can come up with is a 4622 SW IP CC but this can not support Gig in and out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Use a 9641G with a "Contact Center Faceplate" (which replaces the normal faceplate and covers the handset pockets) and a "Dual Headset Adapter" (for two headsets).
