Turning on Java ...

Currently I inherited a network with the SUN Java engine turned off on all the IE browsers ... now, due to an update on an application we had to upgrade, the Sun Java Engine HAS to be on. I'm pretty new to SMS and am trying to get some guidance on how to utilize SMS to change all the users browsers (IE) to "turn on" the Sun Java engine.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
