I have inherited a NEC 2400IPX. When one of our DID's is called (533-wxyz for example) that number will show the calling party on it's display, no matter if it is a call from within our system or from an outside line. However that information is not currently being passed on to our call accounting software (WinCall).

What command ('s) do I need to invoke to allow/permit/force our switch to send that information to WinCall?

Try CMD ASYD, sys 1, index 241, bit 4. (MF ANI on SMDR)
If you are unfamiliar with ASYD,then post the current setting in index 241.
The other possibility is ASYD, sys 1, index 288, bit 5 = expanded SMDR output.

ASYD -> SYS 1-> INDEX 241 = DATA 00 : FDATA 00 : MDATA 00

ASYD -> SYS 1-> INDEX 288 = DATA 08 : FDATA 00 : MDATA 00

Thank you, that looks to have worked. Now I just need to find out what else the Top Floor wants.
