We have a super-sensitive customer regarding security and they have asked us, of all things, to disable any remote access to their telephone equipment. They have a Merlin Legend, not sure of the release. Is there any way to disable the ability for someone to transfer a call to *10? I told them to just change the admin password, but they would prefer that remote access just be disabled.
