I have a main form and a sunform that is a spread sheet type display. The rows contain data with a date. I would like to make all rows where the fields are Enabled = False if the date has already passed.

I welcome suggestions on the most efficient way to do this (I assume it will be with VBA).

Thanks.

Phew...
If you change the property of a textbox (or other control), the changes would impact all date shown in that texebox.
If you have a table view based form in Access and change the field/textbox 'Name' in the details section to disabled, the name field will be disabled in all records.

My advise:
You can add an on change/after update event to the control the users aren't allowed to change once the data has passed.
