Hi all,

We have a mixture of QE 5 and passport in the office, and as such are experiencing problems with ver. 5.0 users not being able to open passport versions of a quark file.

Does anyone know if its apoosible to 'turn off' the multiple language' facility in passport?

many thanks,

Scott

What you want to do is When saving a document for a user which is just using plain Quark 5 and not passport make sure you save in a single language instead of multiple languages and then the Quark 5 (plain) will be able to open it. This is an option when saving Passport single or multiple languages.

thanks, already sussed that part of it, just wondered if i could literally 'turn off' the language capability as we are not using it at all....

cheers
