In the old Avaya definity you could TTI out a set or export it in the system. Is there a method or a way to do this in the Avaya IP office. The system is an IP500V2 11.0.4.1.0 build 11

Why?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

You can log off the user by dialing *36 but it is not the same as the TTI feature on Definity.
It will simply log off the user and the NoUser will show preventing anyone from making outgoing calls on the phone set.
After a reboot of the system the user may come back though and to make sure that the phone stays unusable you would have to renumber the extension in the system programming.
But
if you already go into the system programming you might as well simply delete the user and have the same result.

With R9.0 or higher you can also use web manager to delete the user then you don't have to have Manager on your PC/laptop
