I have data in following format:

Year Sales Cash
2000 10000 300
2001 50000 200
2002 40000 500
2003 78000 458

I want to get data with sales, cash going down and years across for export to excel for use by non-access people. Is there any way other than a pivot table??

Thanks

Try using a crosstab query with Years as your columns and sales and cash as rows. The crosstab wizard should step you through setting it up fairly easily. Maq [americanflag]

I forgot to mention that I have more fields goning across (such as labor, materials, marketing and more). I tried a crosstab but it only allows 3 rows which is not enough, unless I am missing something......

The crosstab WIZARD limits you to three rows but the query itself can be expanded beyond three rows. Write the basic query with the wizard, then go to design view and add the other rows.
