Turning a mailbox into a resource (i.e. Conference room)

Can anyone provide a guide to turning an exchange mailbox into a resource? After running ISINTEG on the sytem, it seems as though the system will no longer book the conference rooms as resources. It says the free/busy information is unavailable for those rooms. Any help?
