Hi All,

I have a customer who has a Partner syste (the ACS 7.0 5X9.)

Here's the scenario:

Day Care center.... Main office has 2 18D's, and the five classroms each have a 6D. During the day all lines ring on the main office phones, if no one is in the office the calls go to voice mail. What they would like to do is be able to make the classroom phone(s) ring after 3pm. Can this be accomplished with some kind of night key on the main office phone, or can the 6D's turn the ringer off for the incoming lines during the day (but not icm calls)?

Any suggestions???

Thank You!!

Yup, put the classrooms in the Night Service Group, put a Night Svc. button on Ext. 10, and turn it on when you want the rooms to ring.

Depending on the voice mail setup, this may also throw the Auto Attendant into Night Mode as well.
