Turn on servlet reloading on Jakarta-Tomcat-5.0.28

Hi,

I have jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28 installed on my linux.
Does someone know how to turn on the servlet reloading?
I found solutions on tomcat-4.. or apache-tomcat-5.5.20,
but not on tomcat-5.0.28
