TUrn on MWI when message is left aon another users extension 1

I have a dept. who wants to cover voice mail for another department. I added V144 to the user Source on her profile Ext-140 but when a message is left for 144 Ext-140 MWI does not turn on. I know I can set this up with a HG but I wanted to keep the same ext for the users.

Any suggestions.

You need to also add a U<extension>

Hi,
I added

U144

to the Source Numbers of User 140 then left a VM message for 144 but the MWI does not g o nor does the user show when I pres the Message Envelope button.
