Turn Off Wireless Radio

I have a Thinkpad T42, which I want to stop the wireless radio if it is logged into my wired network. Is there any way to do that from a command line so I can put it into a login script or something.

Hardware Profiles...

Then on boot you would choose what hardware profile you want to use. At work and at home.

Its in the system properties on the hardware tab.

Thanks for the response, but I want to do it remotely, there are about 50 machines I need to do this on.
